| MAY 2008 YES! We are touring EGYPT!!! FULL SUPER DELUXE PACKAGE WILL BE UP ON THIS SITE SOON. December 2006 Wishing you all well in 2007 Cliff June 2006 European Art Study Tour to Italy and Switzerland - We all loved Burano. Let's go back as soon as possible. -The Vatican Museums need at least a week to view. Why not spend a few weeks in Rome this winter? -Some of us viewed Donatello's "David" at the Bargello Museum in Florence. - Always experience the Pantheon when you are in Rome. -Got to know new found friends in Perugia. Anyone have Chrissie and Betty's latest E-mail address? One of our dinner courses that evening was Pasta with Perugian Truffles. -At Pompeii it rained very hard. What fun. Only rain during our trip. As we traveled to Sorrento the sun appeared. -A cool Northern gale blew during our crossing to Capri. One of the Officers on board stated, "But we haven't our Christmas tree up yet. -Just missed a favorite site entering Santa Maria della Vittoria and viewing Gianlorenzo Bernini's, " Ecstacy of Saint Teresa." -Piazza Navona. -Spent a day on Capri, smelled flowers, found hotels, waded in the Adriatic, collected BIJOU DE MER and ate Pasta Vongole. In Venice, "Yes"! Baveno, Lake Maggiore, Hotel Grand Bristol, my room had two bathrooms. Where are we anyway? - Auto Strada, Auto-grills, Cafe and Brioche. More soon, Best to you... |
